650 mm above the ground, the fully built Jan Bus gives an uniform floor height - from the driver cabin to the rear of the bus. Its wide doors and single step entry make boarding and alighting easier, while the stylishly cantilever mounted seats and seat - mounted stanchions allow for ample leg room and also make cleaning and maintenance easier.
The interiors can be customized per specific requirements and Ashok Leyland offers both AC and NON - AC options. The 5 door placement possibility makes Jan Bus modular to suit varied requirements of city bus, Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) as also make cleaning and maintenance easier.
