Mahindra Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) offers an entire line of integrated trucking solutions. MTBD trucks are specifically designed for different applications and deliver out performance. Mahindra Truck and Bus Division at Prawaas 2017
MTBD came with its range of Buses and E-Car at the recently concluded inaugural edition of Prawaas Bus and Car exhibition at CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai India. Here is a short glimpse of Mahindra e Verito electric car showcased at the event.

Powered by the latest EV drivetrain from Mahindra Electric, the e-Verito offers an exceptionally smooth and noiseless driving experience with first-in-class features like regenerative and telematics.
Featured in the zero emission class, the e Verito is a battery electric vehicle, it has zero tail pipe emissions, making it completely emission-free. The e-Verito uses the regenerative braking revolutionary technology (first in India) which charges the battery everytime its brakes are applied, helping the car literally recover the energy it dispenses. Similar to the ease of an automatic transmission, the e-Verito has a direct drive transmission with a single speed gearbox and sophisticated speed management of the motors allows to cruise through traffic effortlessly without shifting gears. The e-car has a charging time of 5 hours and 45 mins. The e-Verito is fast charging ready. This feature is used for extended journeys and 0 - 80% charge is achievable in 1 hour 45 minutes. The vehicle also has a hill hold control feature, which prevents the car from rolling backwards on an incline.
The e-Verito is powered by 'Connected - Technologies'. The telematics feature keeps track of 190 vital vehicular parameters and allows for remote monitoring and diagnostics. It periodically sends statistics about charging patterns, kilometers travelled, CO2 saved, earned ECO points and more. The e-Verito's intelligent energy management system provides real time updates such as charging status, distance-to-empty and more. It even ensures optimum range, monitors energy voltage etc.
