ASTC (Assam State Transport Corporation) have started Guwahati - Silchar Day Service by Volvo B8R from Friday, June 1st, 2018. The same coach does to and fro night service between Guwahati and Silchar .

Guwahati Departure : 08:00 pm (Guwahati ISBT) / Silchar Arrival : 05:00 am 

Silchar Departure : 06:30 pm (Silchar) / Guwahati Arrival : 04:30 am (Guwahati ISBT)
