Manikanchan Under ASTC, got delivery of its new Volvo B8R coaches from Volvo Buses India, today, at Bengaluru. Two such coaches were delivered today, which are scheduled to run on Guwahati to Pasighat (Arunachal Pradesh) via Dibrugarh route.

The buses will ply over the newly inaugurated Bogibeel Bridge over Brahmaputra, at Dibrugarh and cross over to North bank of Brahmaputra at Jonai towards Pasighat, in Arunachal.
The service is scheduled to start by first week of January 2019, according to trusted sources.
