I forwarded a presentation to the bus crew, focusing on importance of Crew Well-Being and Passenger Hospitality in Bus Industry of India. An innovative concept of "Three Pillar Theory", brought forward by me, based on Bus Industry of India involving the Operator, Bus Crew and Passenger based on inter-dependability in fleet operations was explained and discussed with the Bus Crew.

An in-depth analysis highlighting "Challenges and Proposed Solutions" involving the Operator, Bus Crew and Passenger sectors was presented and discussed.
An interactive session was conducted with the Bus Drivers, in order to understand the real time problems faced by them during on-road schedules and pick & drop of travelling passengers. A priority on passenger feedback and suggestions was felt necessary in order to provide streamline fleet services to the people travelling on board. One to one driver talk was also done for better communication and to analyze the operating conditions in broader way.
