Guwahati based Eastern Lines have started its Volvo B9R Multiaxle Service on Guwahati - Nazira route via Sibsagar from 10th January 2019. The coach does a day service from Guwahati to Nazira and departs at 09:15 am daily, while the same coach returns to Guwahati from Nazira, same day, with a departure schedule at 09:15 pm at night. The inaugural service was inaugurated by Mr Bhrigumoni Kalita, MD and owner, Eastern Lines, at Guwahati.

The coach has a 2+2 pushback seating arrangement, with 53 passenger seating capacity. Online booking facility will be made available on Redbus shortly, as told by Eastern Lines sources. Complimentary mineral water bottles are provided on-board for passenger convenience.
