Conducted Bus Driver Survey under Case Study in John Travels

I conducted a bus driver survey under my case study in John Travels Assam, on Sunday, 24th March, 2019 for the future product roll out on behalf of my start up - Hive Sustainable Solutions, Belagavi, Karnataka. 

The case study involved, - knowing the opinions regarding problems and challenges of a driver in Bus Industry of Assam and its probable solutions for sustainable development in future. I thank bus crew of John Travels Assam, viz., Mr Bidyutpawan Goswami, Mr Manoj Haloi and Mr Luku Saikia for their help and co-operation in conducting the bus driver survey, under my case study. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Pranjal Dutta, MD, John Travels who have helped me in conducting the case study on, "Importance of bus crew well-being and passenger hospitality in bus industry of India", at John Travels. 

I am hereby sharing some moments clicked during my case study conducted in John Travels at Guwahati ISBT, Assam.  

Along with the John Travels Bus Crews, while conducting the case study and asking their viewpoints regarding the issues and challenges to make the bus crew services better on the sustainability aspect.
