Had discussion on Reports of Bus Crew Survey under Case Study done at Ratnagiri Transport Assam

I recently had discussion with Mr Ravi Jaiswal, MD, Ratnagiri Transport, Golaghat, Assam in Guwahati, on Bus Crew Survey Reports, done under my Case Study in Ratnagiri, regarding, "Bus Crew Well-Being and Passenger Services in Bus Industry of India". 

I have also taken the initiatives of Bus Passenger Survey, under the same case study, to know the passenger problems, challenges and mindset, for enrolling sustainable passenger services, in the bus industry.
